Duties: overseeing crews and equipment during load in and load out; distributing and managing audio, backline and band gear for over 25 bands across 13 ship decksthroughout festival; setting up, operating, and tearing down portable audio system (including wired and RF connections) for various on-board activities including yoga, aerobics, sports games, and a belly-flop competition; assisting departments when needed; assisting with changeovers and strikes on over 5 stages; loading gear from cruise ship to tender boat to island and back for port-day concert
