Conference Capacity: ~1,000 attendees
Duties: assisting Conference Director and Rock Lititz staff in producing the annual Conference for over 1,000 live entertainment and touring professionals; overseeing crew of event production assistants; using Master Tour for scheduling team members and distributing information; stuffing over 1,000 duffle bags with swag; setting up equipment across the Rock Lititz campus; preparing attendee and staff credentials; making and hanging directional and informational signage; manning concierge desk and answering questions for conference attendees; distributing credentials and swag; monitoring events and panels throughout the conference.
