Capacity: ~600 attendees
Duties: communicating with house union crew with advanced information from performance groups and vendors; overseeing load in and managing stage plots to accommodate all groups; overseeing production for one indoor and one outdoor stage; running and managing sound checks for all bands on indoor stage while simultaneously managing individuals speaking on outdoor stage to stay within festival schedule; overseeing and managing production team including PC, PAs, runners, security, and volunteers; accommodating and directing vendors to proper locations; overseeing load out with union crew to stay within allotted time and budget; filling production management role as needed.
