Duties: overseeing crews and equipment during load in and load out; distributing and managing audio, backline and band gear throughout festival; setting up, operating, and tearing down portable audio system (including wired and RF connections) for various on-board activities including athletic classes and tabletop games; assisting departments when needed; assisting with changeovers and strikes on over 5 stages
