Events including: New York Fashion Week; luxury weddings; high level galas
Duties: creating and editing production schedules; booking and scheduling lighting crew and technicians; communicating relevant information to crew members; managing crew transportation; overseeing load ins and outs; managing meal breaks and tickets for crew members; setting and keeping track of daily work goals; communicating between designers, technicians, and clients to manage expectations and accomplish design goals; ensuring safety protocols are followed; scheduling, sending, and receiving deliveries between shop and event sites; assisting project managers when assigned to events; running errands including crew break refreshments, designer meals, and equipment/supplies shopping.
