Duties: overseeing crews and equipment during load in and load out; distributing and managing audio, backline and band gear throughout festival; setting up and tearing down stage audio and backline equipment; setting up microphones for vocals and instruments; assisting with audio stage patch and creating patch paperwork; assisting other departments including lighting and video; assisting with set up, changeovers, and strikes in the Theater and on the Pool Deck
