Conference Capacity: ~1,300 attendees
Duties: assisting Conference Director and Rock Lititz staff in producing the annual Conference for over 1,300 live entertainment and touring professionals; directly assisting conference Production Coordinator in day-to-day operations; overseeing crew of event production assistants; using Daysheets for scheduling team members and distributing information; stuffing over 1,300 duffle bags with swag; setting up equipment across the Rock Lititz campus; preparing attendee and staff credentials; making and hanging directional and informational signage; setting up outdoor signage across campus; manning concierge desk and answering questions for conference attendees; distributing credentials and swag; monitoring events and panels throughout the conference.
